...code. where can i get it please? does anyone know where i can find out what code i need to unlock my radio please ?
 
You will need to go to the garage you bought the vehicle from if you haven't got a note of it. They will access the info for you or arrange for a new code. Note - it may cost you!
 
If you don't have the code (it's on a card with the handbooks), then you can either go to a Ford dealer, who'll charge you £25 & supply a code which will only be correct if the radio is the original one, or remove the radio & post the serial number here (it's on a sticker on the side & begins with the letter 'M'). We can decode it from this number.
 
HI, Try disconnecting the cable on battery for about 20 seconds. This may give the system a chance to reset your code.If this does not work,check With a local installer of car radio`s,who may help you with the problem.Good Luck.
 
look in your owners manuel, sometimes it will be written in by the dealer or old owner, if not you must contact dealer and they will give it to you
