i have bought salvia from a garden center is this the one that can get you high?

when i bought this salvia plant i was told that it would get you high is this true? i think it is called salvia red somthing and i have recently extracted it useing a specific type of chemical called isopropyl or rubbing alcohol can i smoke this ?
