I have big love handles, a small butt. Home exercise ideas?

So I really am trying to focus on getting healthy instead of skinny now.
I'm down to a weight I'm comfortable at (135) so I want to get toned and firm now.
I have big love handles and a small butt which is my biggest insecurity, so I want to make my love handles smaller and butt more firm/big.

I can't go to a gym because my family is having financial problems right now. The only time I have to go jogging is at like 4 am, but I can walk around for hours after school ( I feel awkward running when all my school mates can see me around my neighborhood.) I have access to a pull up bar, dumbbells and all the p90x videos (don't have time to do it every day though). I usually eat pretty healthy too, I'm a vegan so I do eat more carbs than protein unfortunately.
I would like this to be looking better by November/December-ish. Not perfect obviously, but I need to see some results by then.

What changes to my diet and exercise can I do?
