With junk food. I ran 1 mile yesterday and did some weight machines, only to feel as if I needed desperately to reward myself with junk food. I drove to the gas station after the gym only to buy a slushy, hot cheats and a while bag of lifesaver gummies. Why am I like this? It's almost like I worked out for no reason because I just ate it all back up afterwards
any advice for me? Please appreciated. I'm a 20 yr old girl, weigh 135 and I'm 5' 3" so I should weigh less like 115 but I need to get rid of my belly fat for a flat&toned stomach.
