Flos-aquae)1000mg, Fish oil 1000m? I have been taking some herbal medicines: Stem enhance(aphanizomenon Flos-aquae)1000mg, Fish oil 1000mg. Also a proprietary blend of the following herbs; yohimbe bark, Ginseng, ginko, Saw palmetto, wild oat straw, horny goat weed, wild yam, oyster extract and sarsaparilla (400mg). I recently received some liver function tests my AST was 66U/L and my ALT was 69 U/L. I know that these values are abnormally high. Could this be caysed by the herbal medicines. Which one/s. I was told that that Milk Thistle is good for detoxifying the liver could this help to normalise my AST/ ALT levels?
