noticing. What do I do? I really don't know what to do. I have considered getting medical help, but I'm not sure if it's necessary/it's super expensive. I don't know what to do anymore.

Is there something going on in your life that may be upsetting you? Maybe there's some issues you need to address. Possibly something with your health that's bothering you and you haven't noticed yet. Any signs of depression? Call a counseling hotline, it's free, and they can talk you through any issues and help to get a grasp on what's going on.

Go to a doctor.

Mood swings may be a sign of a mental health complication, but there may be other causes as well- my friend who had a thyroid problem used to have horrible mood swings, and they did some tests and found out what was wrong... he takes meds for it now and it's much better.

It's important to go to your doctor even when the concern *appears* to be just psychological, because it could be any number of things.

If you can afford it, go! Even if they do find nothing wrong physically, they can refer you to a mental health specialist.

Apologize, they have to know that you feel sympathetic and all. If you are a student you can go see a counselor, and they can help. If you are a teenager it is the result of the hormones racing through your body.
