bad mood swings. sign pregnancy? My boyfriend and i have been trying to have kids. two weeks ago, we conceived and i've been having sharp stomach pains, lower back pains, nausea, and really bad mood swings. are those signs of pregnancy ?
If you know you "conceived" then that means you are pregnant but if you meant you had sex during ovulation it's not a sure sign of conception. The hard thing is.. like the other women have said... those are both signs of pregnancy and menstruation. Good luck to you and once you've missed your period take a pregnancy test!
