...having violent mood swings...? Could this be turning into something else? My family have also told me that I have been thinking differently, and I don't know if this is of any help, but my thoughts feel like they are being blocked out by something, like a wall... I'm also getting increasingly confused, and I'm finding it hard to do simple tasks... I am also paranoid that there are camera's everywhere! I really need help, I'm too scared to mention this to my counsellor in case it is something bad...
