i have been denied for financial aid for january's semester!?

I had alot of stress on me last semester and i started to fail my full time classes in october i deceided tp withdraw from all my classes. Now i received a letter stating that i have been denied all financial aid for january because of that but that i can appeal this decesion . how would i appeal this decesion. im really scared cause i cannot afford to pay for college on my own how long does it take to get approved for financial aid again once something like this has happened? i will never be able to afford college. is my education money gone forever.
