...question..? If I appeal it and lose the appeal, I lose 10 points. If I appeal it and win does the person who accused me of abuse lose 10 points? What is fair for the Gander is fair for the Goose.
 
You are not allowed to comment on a person's question. You must answer it or ignore it.

There is never a penalty for submitting a violation. It just lowers the amount of weight your violations carry if you always get reversed.
