i have barely any time to workout, i hate running, walk/biking makes me

bored, what can i do to get in shape ?
i do do a sport, thats why i have no time. and i don't want to lose weight, i just want to get the required amount of exercise a day so i can be healthy when i get older and such
 
Try biking with a friend. Or simply go for a walk with them! Also try doing sittups and push-ups before you go to bed.
 
If you're willing to spend money, find a place like Curves, you use equipment and can be out within 30 min or less. Purchase a bow flex, the compact version, you do only need 20min, 3-4 days a week, and just eat healthy.
 
Get over it. If you really want to lose weight or get in shape, you're going to have to do some cardio. Listen to your favorite music while you walk or run and it'll be gone in no time. That's if you concentrate on the music and not on how tired your body is getting. I use to hate running too but I perservered through that phase and now I actually look forward to it. The music helps a lot.

also, try to get involved in a sport like swimming or soccer
or something with your friends idk, you're gonna get bored eventually doing it everyday you just have to be dedicated
