I have Bad Posture and I'd like to correct it?

I have big boobs and bad posture as a result. If I stand up straight like how most people do, it hurts and I feel a pull in my shoulders, neck, back and arms, and I always seem to revert back to slouching involuntarily. I understand that there are exercises I can do to correct my bad posture but would it be just as effective to just force myself to stand up straighter consistently? If I do that will the pain eventually go away? Or do I NEED to do the exercises to correct it?
Nice try Jenny exercise regularly. Anyway on to the non-douchebag trolls...
