I have mild asthma, I rarely get attacks, but I recently had one a few days ago and I'm still randomly having times where I have a bit of trouble breathing. I recently noticed that this is especially in the car. Within 5 minutes of standing up outside though I feel fine. I try leaning down and taking pressure off my lungs but it only helps to an extent. Any causes or tips to prevent? Or any information at all?
