i have another question about ringtones?

ok i have the verzion page plus plan for $39 and i have been trying to get ringtones everywhere and i cant and i dont have web on my phone does anyone know any sites where i can get ringtones with the plan i got , i want to be able to get some without having to do it on web on my phone and i dont have a cord for my phone so does anyone know a site that will send them through pic messages
