i have and 88 jeep commanche that wont start?

ive replaced the starter, battery and the voltage reg.and need it runnin asap plz help!!!
it wont turnover at all i turn the key and everything turns on it just wont start

jst check ur TIMING BELT or Timing seting i thing the timing is out!!
