I have an LG KP500 Cookie phone and I got ebuddy but it wont Install, please help!!!!?

When i go to install it on my phone it comes up with this...

-CONNECTION FAILED-

Its really annoying me, ove tried everything, changed settings in my phone..tried to download java, i cant find anywhere to download it. Please help me !!! <3
