I have an iPhone and want to get tunes from a Nexus One to play on it How do I do this?

I'm getting an iPhone but at the moment I have a Nexus One. How can I convert the tunes from my Nexus One to play on my iPhone please?
 
assuming the nexus 1 has a program for moving files like motorola media link then locate the files and put them in the itunes folders if it dosent have a program and when you plug it in with a usb it shows up like a flash drive then copy or move the files
