off the scale,? He also has nasty raw sores in his groin which the vet said to use a steroid based cream each day, this has gone on for the best part of a year but now he is slowing down and having difficulty eating, we are due at the vets again on Friday but I do not have much faith in them, as I am on benefit due to ill health it seems I am not being given the choices that someone with Insurance would have. I know Friday the vet will give me yet more antbiotics and steroids, yet I can't get my dog to take them,if I put them down his throat he sicks them back up and he's had so many over the year he doesn't trust me with putting them in food treats. He has two fairly large lumps on either side of his groin area which are making it very uncomfortable for him to lie down yet the vet seems unconcerned with these, he pants non stop and I hate to see him so uncomfortable, we have cushions on the floor for him to lie on and have raised his feed bowl up so he doesn't have to bend. He has ages 5 years in the past year and now it all seems to be happening at once, do you think we have come to the end of the line?
