I have an idea but need more help with my sub box?

2 12' alpine type x's with a Hifonics Brutus Amp
Box is most likely gonna have plexiglass
i have a design in mind but what are specific details i need to know?
like what is neccesary for the best sound quality and loudness.

You need to know the ideal airspace. The subs should come with a guide.
