i have an htc hero through sprint and im having problems forwarding text with audio

on them? the audio with the forward is the big problem and sometimes the pictures wont forward as well went to a sprint store and they wasnt sure what was going on and did a hard reset on the phone . didnt work . is this a problem with the phone or sprint and is it something to be concerned about and need to replace the phone befor my 30 days are up
