nothing. Black screen that says BO? BOOTMGR missing. When I try the esc button and going from the menu to restore, I get a Runtime error message and it will not begin to restore. The HP help online did nothing but tell me to order a cd to reboot windows. Can somebody please tell me there is something else I can do? I have had it less than 3 months.
