I have an en-v touch for verizon and I don't know if it has a good or bad esn,

You might be able to find the ESN number on a sticker inside the battery compartment - take out the battery and look.

what can I do? I bought a phone from a friend, and when I called verizon, they asked for the esn and I dont have it, and I dont know what to do, the screen says "initial programing needed" and I need help, dont know if the phone is stolen, HELP ME PLEASE?
