...and I can not re install? I have an Apple Mac OSX 3.9 and tried to download Flash 10 - it did not work and I can not re install - can anyone help with this - It is for a friend who is a pensioner and can not afford to upgrade his computer and need to be able to view youtube music videos

(We would need easy to follow step by step instructions on how to fix this)
