I have an 88 dodge truck and when I shut the wipers they stop where they are iv

changed the motor & boxes??? Iv replaced the motor and 5 intermitent wiper boxes. I`v even run a seperate ground wire from the motor to the battery and from the column to the battery. I also hooked up another column to wireing of the truck and they still stop where ever they are when I shut the wipers off. Am 2 steps away from havin me a big bbq lol.
