I went to the bike shop and got a? new throttle cable which is the exact same cable and was installed correctly but when I went to start the bike I had to shut it off quickly because the throttle was still stuck so any ideas on whats wrong maybe carb screws
Clean the carb really well. I had a rusty gas tank on a bike once, and some pieces of rust got stuck, and stopped the float from closing, every time i started it, the thing would rev to redline and i would have to shut it off quickly.
