I have already replaced the thermostat, flushed the radiator, and replaced the resistor. They say it is probably the blend door but that is super expensive to fix. Could it be anything else? Please help.

If both heater hoses feel hot at the passenger side firewall in the engine compartment, then hot engine coolant is flowing through the heater core under your dash and you probably have an air-blend door problem. You can see the Chrysler service note titles in the reference below. Ask your dealer about any that pertain to your vehicle. if car is not overheating then yes could be a door inside or a control switch expensive maybe depends on the shop your talking with and im guessing your at a dealership which wil be the highest place to ask about it
