Y yes New member Jan 13, 2010 #3 if you don't care about cutting through the metal floorboard then possibly It would be easier to just put a jack under it and lower it down or either siphon out the fuel into somethign else

D daniel r New member Jan 13, 2010 #4 drop the tank, and replace the connector that comes with the pump also.
