...basics. Just curious as to ok or not? I am the joke who burns toast and can't boil eggs, but naturally is only interested in cooking great looking meals. I have finally (40 now) started trying cooking, and have had mixed success (my first pavlova was great! The next two? not so much). despite regularly screwing up spag bol (everything store bought) i recently made bacon wrapped chicken breast with swiss cheese. Oh my god was it good! Online recipe, easy as 
This is kinda weird, cos I don't really have a question. Just curious as to comments. Maybe you can see something I can't. I am only interested in meals that look fantastic, but that are still reasonably doable for a clutz like me There are lots out there. I kinda think I'm a cooking snob, but how can that be when I can't really cook?
