i have drained all the old gas out of the tank and have ran new and i also put some gas treatment in it ani i cleaned the spark plug and the air filter but when i crank it up it will not stay crunk without the choke bein out and when i push it in it just chokes down like it is not getting gas and also the choke will not stay out on it i have to hold it out i do not know what else to do
