Restart your computer to Safe Mode. How? Press F8 when the computer start until the choice appear. choose safe mode. go to run and type "regedit".
HKCU/ Software/ Microsoft/ Windows/ CurrentVersion/Run
Check those files and the right and see if any file have the name or directory relate to virus. If there is delete them. Also go to:
HKLM/ Software/ Microsoft/ Windows/ CurrentVersion/Run
and check again.
Note: HKCU= HKEY_CURRENT_USER
HKLM= HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

After you done with registry, go to system32 and delete those files.

Okay, so BOTH of my computers oddly have this virus, except my older computer shuts down it's internet when the .exe says it has an error and it ends. The virus is located in the system32 file, and the virus name is RPCNET.exe and RPCNETP.exe. Both of them alert Panda Anti-virus pro 2009.

Help?
I HAVE MALWARE ANTIBITES ALL READY.

That is not a virus. That's a program from CompuTrace mainly for laptops so you can track the computer in case it gets stolen. It is near impossible to get rid of because it is stored in the BIOS flash memory.
