its not gas, and i dont think its food passing through, i never feel anything like that when i eat.
its on both sides kinda next to my hips
i have a daughter thats 3
 
Have you had a baby previously? There is a large artery in your abdomen and sometimes your pulse can make a nerve in there twitch that kinda feels like a baby kicking but most people don't notice it until they've had a baby as the feeling is so similar.
