I have a weird ear ache... please help!?

okay so yesterday i got my ears pierced. i'm not sure if it has anything to do with this, but this morning i woke up and the outside of my ear cannal and the skin on the bottom of the inside of my ear hurt really bad and is sensitive to the touch. My ear lobe where i got pierced isn't hurting at all. the pain starts right at the beginning of the inside of my ear. its really bad but only hurts to touch and i feel pressure... i might go see the doctor today or tomorrow because i also think i might have chicken pox (i have a really bad spotty rash all over my back and some dots on my abdomen) so i dont know if thats apart of it or not. what does it sound like to you, is it related to my ear piercing or chicken pox (rash) of some kind?
 
If you have got chicken-pox then you will get spots absolutely everywhere, including in your ears. They can feel tender and painful to touch, so leave it alone and wait until you see the doc, ok? I doubt it has anything to do with the ear piercing.
