for a specific price, you should contact an older established bicycle shop and ask if they know who sold the bikes in the area. you might be able to find an older bike nut that remembers them.
otherwise, that thing wasn't really worth much when it was first made. it was designed and sold to people as a very cheap alternative to a quality bicycle.
a step up from a walmart bike, but still, bottom rung of the price ladder in a bike shop.
