I have a very old panasonic TV (it's one of those super small ones) maybe 5 years old... I accidentally changed the settings and now my brightness, picture, tint, color, and sharpness are all messed up... if someone can tell me the default numbers for all of them that would be great! appreciate it!
 
Your question is close to impossible to answer without knowing the specific model number and having access to the user's guide, which you apparently don't have.

That being the case, I would set every parameter to 50%, then start making incremental adjustments, beginning with brightness, until I got the picture I wanted.
