Okay, I have a Verizon Samsung and sometimes when I take my battery out, and i put it back in, I turn it on and than it says, "Non Supported Battery See User Manual" and it just won't let me do ANYTHING on the phone except turn it off. Can someone explain why it does this? And I have a back-cover that covers the battery. I broke my phone in recent January, and got the same brand, the following month and it does this, but my previous phone didn't. Thank you for answering.
