I have a verizon blackberry storm white screen that says app error 523?

I have a verizon blackberry storm that will not turn on. Every time i turn it on it loads up and then a white screen pops up saying app error 523 and at the bottom it says reset. If i click the phone nothing happens and when i try to put the usb charger in the computer the computer cant recognize the phone so i cant reset the phone or anything. when i take the battery out and put it back in nothing happens. so anyone please help me!!!
