i have a 97 toyota tercel ce. it has a 1.5 l 16 valve motor. it all of a sudden started smoking from the tail pipe bad, and then from under neath the hood. its spitting and sputtering. i opened the hood and two wires on top of the motor, were sparking, and smoking. what is this and is it fixable?
