I have a toyota corolla 2001 type s and i feel a thumping or somthing on my foot

when i drive. Could it be bal? I have a toyota corolla 2001 type s and i feel a thumping or somthing on my foot when i drive. Could it be ball bearing problem, axle problem, or shocks , struts or somthing?? Can anyone please help?
 
id start with tires and balancing them and at what speed does this happen just rolling or on the highway rolling would be bad tire but if at speed over 45 then tire balance
