mirror and saw some almost like? abrasions, not holes or cavities black holes but more like rough patches on the outside of my molar. I rubbed a needle on them and have definite cavity pain but it for sure does not look like a cavity and there is no sign of a cavity anywhere on that tooth. I have an appt with dentist this week but wanted to hear other opinions. I brush about 4-5x a day and floss every day so I don't want to believe I could really have a cavity but what else could it be? Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated, thanks!
