I have a test to take, can my cold affect my judgement and results?

My head is thick/heavy and my nose is running. And to take my test I have quite a walking distance. Can the test be affected by this somehow?
 
yes it will, i took two regents exam with a cold and not only will other people get annoyed with you coughing and sneezing the whole time but it will be a big distaction to you, and the whole time your just gonna be thinking to yourself that you wanna go home.
