help....& instructions if possible..? find all possible vertical asymptotes :

43) 3 / x - 1

45) 3x^2 / x^2 - 1

47) x^2 - 1/ sq. rt.(x^4 + x)



determine the number of real solution and list them(have to show wrk):

49) sq. rt.(x - 1) = x^2 - 1

51) x^3 - 3x^2 = 1 - 3x

53) (x^2 -1)^2/3 = 2x +1

55) cos x = x^2 - 1
