I have a T-Mobile phone and I dropped it and it wont come back on. What to do?

I only had this phone for 3 months and I dropped it two times and when I dropped it again it wouldn't come on. I would turn it on and it would start coming on, and my signature would pop up and then it turn off and then turn back on by itself over and over again. I don't have insurance on my phone either. I don't know what to do.
