I have a spinner edge AL-1 fork on my mountain bike, how do I no it is set

right for me.? IM 160, ride some decently rough trails, and small dirt jumps. Id say im intermediate too.
 
This AL-1 fork is what is known as an Economy fork" and Is low priced for aftermarket use and is sold on complete lower end bikes (shop quality too) and about all you can do is set the spring tension on this fork and I don't even think it has a lock-out feature either so you cant do much with it at all. It should be about a 100 or 120 mm travel fork and that is about it. I seriously doubt that it will adjust much out of what it is presently set at and that is because it has a "soft" spring in it so it will feel or should feel a bit bouncy" and will not likely react to spring compression much at all. Use it until it is time for an upgrade
