bracket to a sealed? I have a Specialized Fuse Bmx bike, today i blew out the inselaed bearings in the bottom bracket(crank), how would i switch those with sealed bearings, and would i just pop the cups out then press in the sealed bbs? one more question, how do i know if it is Mid or American?
