I have a Sony Ericsson XPERIA phone,how do I use ringtones on SD Card?

I have ringtones on the SD Card I added but when I change my ringtone they are not in there,just phone default.How do I use my ringtones on my phone?
my question is how do I add ringtones to the phone??
