I have a social studies/history question?

If a refugee (eg somebody who ran away from his country during a war time) started a family in a new country, would his decendants (eg his grand sons, etc) also be called as a refugee? :(


Thanks in advance! I forgot to ask this question today in my history class and I really wanted an answer. I hope you can help me!
