It is really bothering me. I think it is because my neck sort of curves out. My back posture is fine but I still don't know what to do about my neck. Is there any exercises I can do? I am already currently doing back and chest exercises because I am kind of skinny. Should I just continue with that? Are there any neck exercises I can try? Thank you.
