I have a signed Royal Doulton figure and I can't make out the signature. The figure is

named Janet.? The signature looks like Mulswell Darllin. I know that can't be it, but I just can't make it out. It was also signed Aug 24, 1979. I would appreciate any info that I can get. Especially about the signature. Thanks!
