(purple- blue) there. Any advice? I am on my school's volleyball team and i have already sprained one of my knees, but it has healed. Just yesterday, i scraped my knees on the floor (no knee pads) and today i looked at the spot and it had turned purple. It's locaited right underneath my knee cap, but isn't quite all the way on my shin. If you have any advice on what to do PLEASE tell me, so that i can play in the last few games
