After I got up this moning and ate, I flopped on the couch to watch TV. After a while i felt this sharp pain in my left shoulder. Close to where my neck and clavicle meet. Ive tried hot towels, heat packs, those icy hot creams. And its the afternoon and the pain has not gone away. Im laying in bed now and i can barely move my neck or another part of my body without another sharp pain shooting up my neck. Does anybody know what this is, and how to treat it?
I have a sharp pain in my shoulder... What ios it and how can I treat it?
